Our favorite aroid potting mix is a highly textured planting medium which provides great drainage, even moisture retention, and excellent breathability for healthy root structures. This mix contains organic coco coir chunks, soilless potting mix, perlite, organic worm castings, activated biochar and beneficial mycorrhizae. This mix is also excellent for hoya & tropical epiphytes at all stages of growth. The first watering with this mix should be very slow & thorough to ensure even saturation of the coco coir.
