A true medium-to-low light plant, 'peacock moss' is named for the iridescent blues & greens the plant develops from its unique chloroplasts (search for "iridoplast" & "bizonoplast" for all the details). This beauty trails, climbs, & twists from its pot, doing best in all the same spots you'd keep your calathea or stromanthe. Allow only the top 1" of potting medium to dry, watering regularly but moderately, for a consistent level of moisture. Feel free to mist. This plant is also an incredible treat to allow to creep between pots in an Ikea cabinet or mini-greenhouse.
