Shipping & Order Policies


We ship orders from the previous week, Monday through Wednesday, in order to prevent any over-weekend delays that might stress your plant during transit. Shipping costs are determined by order weight and carrier service. Live plants are shipped via USPS or UPS to all 50 states.

All plants are wrapped and secured in their shipping boxes so they may arrive to you in their best health. We are not currently shipping any 6" or bare root plants.

We ship year round, weather permitting, and include heat packs in all live plant orders during colder months. Under extreme weather conditions, we will contact you about any potential weather related shipping delays.

We are unable to ship on federal holidays, but always resume our regular shipping schedule the following business day.

Plants listed for Local Delivery Only are not eligible for shipping and will be immediately refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery to Anacortes & all of Whidbey Island, WA! Orders placed through the week & by 10am on delivery day will be delivered to Anacortes & Whidbey Island on Sundays, 11am - 6pm. Minimum purchase required.

Live on Arrival

All plants are guaranteed live on arrival. Stress during shipping is 100% normal and some plants may show signs such as wilting, yellowing, some leaf loss, etc. Please check out our Unpacking Guide for tips on making your plant's transition to it's new climate as successful as possible.

Certain terrarium varieties are not guaranteed beyond point of delivery, as their growing conditions are very specific and survival is dependent entirely upon the grower. This policy will be specifically noted on the product page.

Damages and Issues

On the rare occasion that your purchase has been damaged during shipping, please email us with photos of the items within 24 hours of order delivery. Including your name and order number will help us make it right. We will follow-up immediately to take the next steps.


All refunds are made at the sole discretion of Arrows Aim Greenhouse & Supply Co. If approved, refunds will automatically be paid your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Refunds cannot be issued for gift card purchases.

Arrows Aim Greenhouse reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order at our own discretion.
