R. pilocarpa is stunning tropical epiphytic cactus, with an animated branching growth pattern & soft bristled spines. Care is typical of tropical cactus: provide bright filtered light, with direct sun limited to the earliest part of the day. Allow to *just* reach dryness between watering, but do not expose to prolonged periods of drought. Blush-red tones on the new growth indicate good lighting. In ideal conditions, this plant produces small fragrant white flowers followed by a small red berry. Pet safe!
