This quirky succulent is a greenhouse fave. Senecio rowleyanus, 'string of pearls,' requires high light & to dry thoroughly between watering. Well draining medium is a must for this cutie, remember: the "pearls" hold water reserves, making SOP more self sufficient than you might think. Frequent watering & poor draining medium are the most common cause of problems for this trailing plant, though it's also good practice to avoid standing water on the surface of the leaves.
SOP is a relatively fragile plant & some leaf loss during shipping should be expected.
